Okay, I stole the phrase “Happy Fall, Y’all” from my friend, Mary. And I figured since this is her family she wouldn’t mind me stealing it. Baby Caleb is 6 months old now and growing so fast and becoming his own person. And Sarah has turned into a darling little lady. Enjoy these fall pictures of this beautiful family of four.

The Princess and the pea. Aren’t they the cutest things?? The peas fell asleep instead of the princess this time. The princess is so sweet to her pea.

This morning was a gift. The weather was beautiful, the location was beautiful, and the family IS amazing!! Kelly and Lisa have been blessed with eight of the most gorgeous and totally awesome kids anybody could ask for. Lisa is Supermom in my book and such an inspiration. I could seriously go on all day about this family. But instead, just take a look. And be blessed!

And if I had to pick a favorite, which I don’t, it might be this one. These four were just off playing a little game while I was working with their baby sister. And I am so glad I noticed and was able to to snag this shot.

I know it’s after midnight and I need to go to bed. I know I’ll regret it tomorrow. But these pictures made me smile and tear up a little so I thought I would share them with you.

Meaningful family pictures don’t have to be all perfect and posed on the beach or in front of a bridge that you’ve never been to before. Not that there’s anything wrong with that. But when you think back to the times when your kids were little, isn’t this the kind of thing that you really want to remember?

And they are all under the age of 10 (or 10 and under…can’t remember). Anyway, that’s a lot of babies! It was such an honor to be able to hang out with these guys on Labor Day and photograph their family. What a testament to love, family, marriage, commitment, etc….!!! And all of these 10 kiddos are so well behaved and precious. God has truly blessed all of you!!

Did you know that if you plop 5 colorfully dressed, beautiful children down in some random parking lot that it makes a really cute picture? I bet you didn’t know that. Well, now you do.

Cindy has been wanting to get some family pictures for a while and we finally fulfilled her wish this evening. We had to get it done before Matt takes off for college. You can see Matt’s senior pictures here. We had a lot of fun taking pictures and I didn’t make them stay out in the heat *too* long…right guys?? So here are some of my favorites. Yes, I made poor Matt stand on his hands. I don’t know why. Just seemed like something fun to try.

I met with this fun-loving family this morning. I’m sure I don’t have it all straight but I think they were celebrating 3…or 4 anniversaries, and a couple of birthdays. The big celebration was for Walter and Sandra’s 50th wedding anniversary. They are the lovely couple right in the middle of the group. 50 years….that’s quite a thing to celebrate! So here are some of my favorites from this morning. We were all totally sweaty by the time we were done and it was only 10:00. Good ol’ South Texas heat and humidity!

I met this precious family out at Surfside this morning for some family pictures. These guys have a lot in common with our family and it was great to meet them. Little Nate is quite a ham and loves to talk and show off for the camera. I think he might have gotten the showing off thing from his daddy. I love this job. It gives me the privilege of meeting so many awesome people that I otherwise would have never known. I hope you guys love the pictures and have a fun week at the beach.

I’m finishing up these pictures and just had to post a few more. They are all so darn cute. I’ve had a hard time narrowing down the pictures from this session. That’s a very good problem to have.
